Good/Bad/Fab

Each Friday I recap the week. Tell me, what was Good/Bad and Fab about your week???

Good

Lots of good stuff this week… A great friend got engaged, the Bumblebee checked out A-OK at her 15-month well visit, and I got to speak to a great blogger-friend about meeting up in NYC for BlogHer.

But this made me laugh. My daughter’s “organizational” skills totally trump my husband’s once alphabetized extensive CD collection.

Bad

As a way to sort of say “Screw You” my final day commuting from work got me a not so fabulous ticket. An expensive one.

And I wasnt the only driver. See, the police in Cherry Hill set up this little operation where a plain clothed cop stood at a pedestrian walkway. Every so often, he would get down off the curb to officially enter the pedestrian walkway. If you didn’t stop, you got pulled over by a cop standing in the road about 100 yards further down. You were shuttled into a parking lot and issued a very expensive ticket.

Here's everyone lined up after me.

Any advice about traffic court is greatly appreciated.

Fab!

My fab new home office where I will be working full time…. Excited beyond words!

The Courier Post had an article or something about this going on in Collingswood, too. Sucks big time.

No advice about traffic court. Other than flat out crying and sobbing and begging for the mercy of the court. Throw something in there about needing to get home to take care of female issues.

Oh, wait…that’s how to get out of gym class. ;)

I didn’t realize you were a Jersey girl–

Oh NOOOO! Sorry about the traffic ticket. Can you make yourself cry on demand? Maybe that would help in court. ;)
My husband also likes to keep his cds and such alphabetized. Not so easy to do with the little beasties running around. Thankfully I am not quite so ‘organized’ (you can read anal into that if you would like) so it doesn’t bother me quite as much. ;)

Good – Dinner at the Sahara Grill in center city Philadelphia.
Bad – Too much to do, not enough time to do it.
Fabulous – It’s Friday. Two days of relaxation ahead.

I have no advice about the traffic ticket. Figures it would be on your last day of “working for the company.”

Your daughter organizes the way my children do. I wonder if they’re somehow related? Big difference is my oldest is fifteen, so don’t think it changes when they get older.

Absolutely fabulous about the office! I can’t wait to hear how it’s going!!!!!

Okay, that whole sting operation sucks. It shouldn’t be allowed. And, who stops for pedestrians who are that stupid?
